Trinity employees are required to fill out and submit their time card by end of day each Friday (if working weekends, they must be in by end of day Sunday). Employees are paid each Friday for the previous week worked. For any questions regarding payroll, please contact us at 918-622-2588.
Trinity employees will receive a log-in and password to be able to access and submit time cards remotely.
In the event an employee is going to miss or be late for work, they must contact Trinity, as well as their on-site supervisor.
Please review and approve time cards by Sunday evening in order to ensure timely and accurate processing of the employee payroll.
