Supervisor/Medical Accounts Receivable | Tulsa, OK
Supervisor/Medical Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
- Perform supervisory oversight to team members regarding account resolution
- Insurance processing
- Payment deposits and posting
- Overpayment processing
- Charge corrections
- Document imaging and retrieval to ensure maximization of cash flow and minimization of A/R days
- Perform supervisory oversight as related to disciplinary action and coaching
- Monitor daily cash deposits and payment postings to be completed within the allotted timeframe
- Prepare staff schedules and coordinates coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels for daily work load
- Approve and monitor time off requests
- Maintain attendance records
- Enter and approve work hours in the timekeeping system
- Ensure successful completion of new staff training and performance audits for all staff
Supervisor/Medical Accounts Receivable Requirements:
- Must have medical background
- Must be able to read an EOB
