Staff Accountant
South Tulsa building company seeking full-time, experienced Staff Accountant. Employee will work on the construction side, and manage A/P and general support. Previous experience and working knowledge of construction, general knowledge of the manufacturing environment. Candidates must know the general concept of subcontracts, lien waivers, insurance certificates, job cost allocation, and more. Candidates must be team oriented, with high energy and smart! A go-getter, that’s self-motivated/driven is a plus!
Requirements:
o Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree, or 3-5 years exp. in construction accounting o Must be able to utilize accounting systems (Spectrum, ERP systems, Yardi), or show significant experience with utilization of accounting software to demonstrate the ability to learn these systems
Compensation will vary based on background and experience.
