Retail Banker | Tulsa/Oklahoma City, OK
A Tulsa and Oklahoma City financial institution is seeking full-time Retail Bankers. This employer has been serving Oklahomans for over one-hundred years, and participates regularly in giving back to the community.
This employer seeks candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including sales, customer service and previous banking.
Retail Banker Requirements:
- 1 year experience in sales, customer service and/or previous banking
- Ability to maintain sales goals and quotas, as determined by management
Retail Banker Duties:
- Receive and validate customer transactions, including but not limited to checking deposits and withdrawals, savings deposits and withdrawals, and loan payments
- .Issue cashier’s checks, redeem savings bonds, and process cash advances on credit cards
- Process bank-by-mail transactions, night deposit transactions and transactions delivered by armored car service at designated teller areas
- Submit customers’ transactions to scanning machines, make corrections to balance, and transmit to be posted
- Balance cash in drawer and reconcile out-of-balance conditions
- Perform related sales and customer service responsibilities as required or assigned
Retail Banker Compensation:
Compensation varies $11-12/hour plus commission, depending on experience and background
