Cory is a published author and recruiting professional with 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. He provides the leadership vision for Trinity Employment Services and focuses much of his time on building strong relationships with each of Trinity's clients. From day one, he established honesty, integrity, and respect for people as the foundational values for Trinity Employment Services. He believes this has been critical to the sustained success Trinity has experienced. Cory enjoys the outdoors, spending time with Amber and their children, and serving in his local church. Cory graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Communications and is an active member of American Staffing Association.

Amber is an experienced professional who has spent much of her career serving in executive level positions in marketing and operations. She provides leadership and strategic direction for all of Trinity's payroll, HR, and accounting services and is committed to providing an industry leading employment experience for everyone Trinity serves. She is a proven problem solver and takes great pride in identifying the right solutions for her employees and her customers. Amber graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri is an active member of SHRM, TAHRA and the American Staffing Association. Amber loves spending time outdoors with her family and is always looking for opportunities to serve the community through her local church and the non-profits Trinity supports.

Kassi serves as the Recruiting Manager at Trinity and also leads the medical recruiting side of the company. She has been working with medical professionals since she was 16, when she started as a CNA at a local hospital in southeastern Oklahoma, and later moved up to management. Her professional experience has uniquely equipped her to understand exactly what employees and employers need out of their next hire, and she is driven to find the best "fit" for everyone. She is a tremendous leader and enjoys seeing other people succeed. Kassi loves to cook and spend time with her family camping and fishing across Oklahoma.

Ericka serves as the Sales Manager at Trinity and is a Certified Personnel Consultant, Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist, and Master Business Coach. She has served in a number of capacities within the staffing industry including VP of Sales, General Manager, and Operations Manager. With over 20 years in temp and direct hire staffing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Trinity team that benefits everyone she engages with. She loves working in a positive team environment and understands the impact that hiring the right people can have on a company's culture. Ericka loves to read, volunteer at her church, and spend time with her husband and their 20 grandchildren!
