Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all regular duties associated with the preparation, generation and distribution of payroll for all employees on a biweekly payroll schedule
  • Create monthly merit review packets and other projects as needed
  Human Resources Business Partner Requirements:
  • Payroll – 4 years
  • Graduation from high school
  • 10 key
  • Previous experience with payroll, accounting or similar function
  • Proven work experience with reconciliations, accounting, and bank reconciliation or equivalent
  • Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computers, software applications including Word, and Excel. Testing required
  Human Resources Business Partner Preferences:
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Successful completion of a credit check
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to converse and write fluently in English
  • Successful completion of Health Care background check
