Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all regular duties associated with the preparation, generation and distribution of payroll for all employees on a biweekly payroll schedule
- Create monthly merit review packets and other projects as needed
Human Resources Business Partner Requirements:
- Payroll – 4 years
- Graduation from high school
- 10 key
- Previous experience with payroll, accounting or similar function
- Proven work experience with reconciliations, accounting, and bank reconciliation or equivalent
- Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computers, software applications including Word, and Excel. Testing required
Human Resources Business Partner Preferences:
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Successful completion of a credit check
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to converse and write fluently in English
- Successful completion of Health Care background check
