Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
The Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative support to members of the Executive Team and the Administration Department; exercises considerable discretion in the performance of duties and responsibilities
Work Experience Required:
Five (5) years of experience in an Executive Administrative support role
Must have strong computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical writing and editing capabilities.
Work Experience Preferred:
Experience with building and managing Microsoft Access databases
Fluent in Spanish
Associates degree in English, Business, Communications or a related area.
Bachelor’s degree English, Business, Communications or a related area.
This level of knowledge is typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field and at least 5 years executive level administrative experience
Advanced knowledge of file maintenance, English grammar, appropriate standards regarding letters, memorandum, composition, and proper telephone etiquette
Advanced PC and software application skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access; Advanced skills in Adobe products
Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Advanced organization skills; ability to handle multiple complex priorities simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
Ability to work with data/information requiring a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to work on time-sensitive issues with poise
Ability to interact with members of the Executive Team and the Administration Department with the utmost professionalism
Ability to keep personal matters of the Executive Team confidential Ability to handle calendar and tasks for the Executive Team and the Administration Department
