- Full-time days, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Assist in filling professional, IT, and administrative positions
- Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing and candidate selection from both internal and external source channels
- Adheres to all legal requirements, company policies and appropriate contractual agreements including required documentation
- Establishes and maintains positive peer, union and client relationships and regularly engages in consultative sessions
- Builds on fundamental knowledge of the organization, processes, clients, and agreements
- Will be responsible for research and development of positions generated by the sales team. Also, scheduling interviews, generating appropriate correspondence, coordinate completion and processes of new hire documentation, initiation, and follow-up security investigations, relocation, drug testing, I-9s, etc
- Previous Staffing/HR experience preferred
- Must have excellent customer service and administrative skills as well as knowledge of internet search techniques
- Salary is dependent upon experience
