Billing Manager | Tulsa, Oklahoma
  • Full-Time Days, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Manage and lead a clinic specialty billing team: hire, train, coach, and evaluate performance
  • Work collaboratively with Clinic Manager to develop best practices that support the goals of the clinic, including the development and implementation of standardized billing practices.
  • Produce and provide reports as necessary to support management reviews and organizational effectiveness evaluations.
  • 2+ years of proven Billing Management experience
  • 3-5 years clinic billing experience
  • Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Sciences, or related field
  • Prefer CPC, but not necessary
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities while maintaining consistent results
  • Detail oriented with strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
