Retail Banker | Tulsa/Claremore/Broken Arrow, OK
Tulsa, Claremore, and Broken Arrow financial institution seeking full-time Retail Bankers. This employer has been serving Oklahomans for over one-hundred years, and participates regularly in giving back to the community! Employer seeks candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including sales, customer service and previous banking.
Future employees will be expected to fulfill the following, but not limited to, duties:
• Receive and validate customer transactions, including but not limited to checking deposits and withdrawals, savings deposits and withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Issue Cashier’s Checks, redeem Savings Bonds, and process Cash Advances on credit cards.
• Process bank-by-mail transactions, night deposit transactions and transactions delivered by armored car service at designated teller areas.
• Submit customers’ transactions to scanning machines, make corrections to balance, and transmit to be posted.
• Balance cash in drawer and reconcile out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintain or exceed sales quotas and goals as determined by management.
• Perform related sales and customer service responsibilities as required or assigned.
