Trinity Employment Specialists – Tulsa, OK 74135
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM and an occasional few hours on Saturdays | $25,000 – 30,000.00/year based on experience + commission
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage’s, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Always do what you say you will do for the customer to gain their confidence.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role, good attitude and work ethic
- Great customer service and networking skills, willingness to take care of customers on the backside
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated, outgoing, eagerness to generate commission and excel
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Credibility, honesty and integrity
- Property & Casualty license a must
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience a must (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
