Cory: Hi. My name is Cory Minter. I’m the president of Trinity Employment Specialists. We staff primarily, in the banking, in financial markets. It’s something that we have specialized in over the last several years. These industries are very competitive at times at trying to find Tulsa staffing for them. It’s something that we’ve done really really well.

Over the past four years, Trinity has received some significant awards for our ability to staff in these industries. We’ve been one of Tulsa’s top 40 fastest growing companies over the last three years straight. Then, in addition, we just this month, we have been awarded Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000 list. We’ve been put on it as one of the top 5,000 fastest growing companies in the United States. It’s been such a significant honor to be able to grow at that pace and do it in a healthy way.

Another thing that we’re super proud of, we’ve been able to do it debt free. That’s a very rare thing for a lot of companies. It’s something that we’re super proud of. We’ve been able to offer a fantastic work environment for our employees to work at. It gives them the opportunity for growth. That’s really what we want to offer each one of our employees. Is the opportunity to grow and give them a winnable game.

One of the things– one of the areas that we staff for, I wanted to go over some of the areas in our banking and finance areas that we that we specialize in. One of them is Tulsa staffing unique. It’s something that is a little bit different. That is that we staff in the financial areas. It’s in customer service at a large telecommunications company. What we’re looking for all the time is we’re trying to find people to help them in their financial, collections, research and that sort of thing.

We’re constantly providing positions for this. What we’re always looking for is primarily first, a very friendly face. A very friendly person. Someone who can work well with other people. It’s one of the primary things that we need to look for in these types of positions. In exchange, one of the things that we offer is this is a great opportunity for anyone who’s in college or who is getting out, has a little bit of work history, to start at a large major corporation and have the opportunity to move up. This is a very large group.

We’ve seen many people start at the very bottom doing collections or as a research analyst. Over time, they’ve been able– they become– they are now our bosses as the the Tulsa staffing compan because they are the recruiting person. They are the head of recruiting or recruiting manager. We have somebody that’s moved into HR in that role. It’s something that has been a great thing for Trinity. As well as we’ve been able to give some incredible opportunities to some of our employees in the financial markets.

What they are doing is they are part of the billing process. They help research the different people’s information. Help them to measure and correct any kind of bill-problem that they have. There’s also another position in collections to make a soft, very soft collections to make sure that the company gets paid. It’s a very much a part of their billing process. We are consistently providing ew staff for this area. Another area that we work with, very regularly is in the banking industry Tulsa staffing.

In the banking industry, there are several positions that we recruit for. We recruit for bank tellers all the way up through loan originators. But in between there we also staff for loan assistance, mortgage originators, commercial and consumer loans. We’re always looking for these individuals for our banks. We’re always Tulsa staffing for these types of positions. It’s one of the most important things that we do in the banking industry.

We’ve found a lot of success at being able to do this because our recruiters are very well equipped for these type of areas. In bank teller role, we’re always looking for someone who has a bubbly personality, has a financial mind meaning they can do basic math very quickly. Primarily we want to be able to offer a great customer service experience for our branches whenever a new customer walks in.

On the mortgage area, in both– primarily in the commercial, we’re always looking for someone who has a book of business, that is built up in this area. If you are a loan originator there are a lot of different options that you can go to. It’s our job to make sure and develop good relationships with the loan originators. Give them options if they ever get to a point where they’re there looking around for a different bank for one Tulsa staffing reason or another.

We’re always looking for passive candidates in this area. Meaning that the passive candidate is not going to be someone that’s actively looking necessarily. They’re just somebody that would be open. They’re slowly starting to look and see what might be out there, something that we’ve been so successful in. We would love to help your group with any of these areas.

We also help companies try to find a pathway to only hiring A-players. It’s one of the biggest success rates.
