Hiring challenges and solutions. I, uh, spent a lot of time talking in the last one about the top four, um, in our last podcast, this is part two, and it is building a strong employer brand, um, a lack of qualified candidates, which is a really big thing. Expanding candidate reach and targeting passive candidates were the top four that I addressed in our first part of this. And this is part two. Um, trying to find employees right now is very, very difficult because of COVID is the craziest time I’ve ever had in trying to hire. And it’s, it’s really a trying time for any company. There are very few companies that are having difficulties with this right now because we don’t even know when we should begin hiring back. Well, at the same time, we’re bringing someone back with the news media and everyone else is saying, we’re getting ready to shut down the economy. Again,

Um, it’s just hard to see who’s telling you the truth about the real situation and what is just being brought up because we have an election cycle. And so I think I speak for a lot of people that I can not wait until November comes and goes so that we can stop all of this bickering.
