You know sometimes, if you walk into a starbucks and you’re like you know that person’s probably going through school but they’re going to be great. You can tell you, those type of people are what makes such a big big difference in companies they, if you, if you have one of them, you know somebody who’s just extraordinary and you got for fahad that are just horrible. You know this extraordinary person they’re going to move on there, just not going to tolerate it. You have a new generation, but I’ll. So now, if you’re, if you’re going to be really aggressive with your with trying to recruit people which, right now that’s more that’s more important than ever man, it’s tough to recruit right now, it is no joke. Try to recruit. You know right now, we’re in may of 2018-and you know the economy is. It is at a 20-year high, 20 years and just trying to find someone right now is really difficult. So employees have options.
