We genuinely try to change lives for people for the better, try to help them to elevate their careers in some way and by spending our time genuinely trying to help people, and sometimes Tulsa banking jobs we don’t you make money, helping people, but they give us some of the best reviews and referrals we have. They come back and use us and then have their managers use us, and so throughout time we slowly built up a business where, where people really trust is, but it’s not because we told him it’s because of what other people told him and it started with how we treated them and the opportunities that we help them to see about themselves. We have a really fun group, I believe that it’s something that people love being around and so they go and they google us they try to find out about it, and so, when we have video that talks about us in a strategic way, it really helps to keep the momentum going with candidates that we really want to attract over tartine I think this can help you a lot. The second thing is to have a strategy to attract the best cultural fit, and we do have a strategy for that. We we implemented, I talked about it earlier and one of our events, but what we do is when we have an interview that some is that someone on our team is found. I see the interview or I see the resume. I approve the interview and then, as a team, everyone meets as a team with this person to see how they mesh with with everyone, and we have to have you know, i-want to see a overwhelming black positive results from martin. Now that doesn’t mean that I’m going to hire. You know if you’re the leader that doesn’t mean that I’m going to wait for everyone to be on board here, I’m not going to do that, sometimes after I meet with them I think through the right person and I move forward with it, but I’m not going to move forward when I have 3/4 of the team against me on it.

It’s often times when you have one person saying you know:i, don’t know about this, that or the other, and you just need to make a call, and you can’t be fearful about everything and you’ve got to keep in mind that everyone has an intuition and sometimes that person may just be a little bit offer. You know, and in my in my experience, even when I’ve gone against people on my team for for hiring people will often times they become really great friends. The person was concerned about it and that’s that’s what’s happening right now. If somebody that’s hard, the the the next thing is is to use niche job boards. I talked about this also earlier, but it’s really important that you make sure and go into social media and research on facebook and on twitter different job boards that they have. You can post up on these things and it will post your job ads up for free. You know:workforce oklahoma has a job board that you can get on and post your jobs, and you just never know where you’re going to you’re going to find people. You don’t want to waste your time. Don’t get me wrong. You want to waste your time with needless applicants just applying, but you want to cast your net far to you want to cast out. As far as you can try to bring you as many options, you can options, give you power in the hiring games Tulsa banking jobs and so reach out or get your team to reach out and give you as many options as possible enough good options, not just options. Good quote the options. The next thing is, you want to make a mobile-friendly application process. Everything is gone mobile now very few people I mean your website needs to be mobile. Everything’s needs to be mobile on your phone. There was some stats that went out and if I remember, right, I believe that 70% of everything that’s looked at on line is not looked at on your computer any longer or even an ipad. It’s on your phone, and so when people apply for a job, I wouldn’t want to do this i.
