You know, finding people taking incalls with people who have discrepancies on their bills and trying to figure it out, so they need to have like some accounting knowledge, but it’s mainly in a customer service role and because we are going to be hiring so many people. This is the thing I u players do not tolerate that, because if they are truly in a player they can get a job wherever it is. All of these things happen. It runs away the best players in town, and it’s really not a good mood. You don’t want to do that so have before you hire someone have a recruiting planning party right out what it is that we’re going to have to do in this position, even if you’re replacing this position, if something needs to changehave a recruiting meeting, make sure that, if something needs to change in this specific position that you do that and that you do it before they get there and that you create a plan for 4 train them that works for that employ.
