We do everything in the medical world from an rn lpn medical billing, specialist medical collections, everything that goes on in the medical field. We we do this in the medical field. It’s almost like jellyfish in ocean, there’s so many different positions and we were able to staff for all of all those positions and then, in the finance and accounting in banking world. We staff for bank tellers loan, originators loan processors, loan assistance, administrative, assistant, hr people, everything in the in the banking world we’ve always been able to do really well with, and so we we have been very blessedan in-trinity. Don’t know how many years, one of tulsa’s, fastest growing companies in so it’s something that we’re really proud of, because we’ve created a system that puts quality over quantity every time, and so today, I want to tell you I want to go over. Just hiring techniques I’m, always talking about this you’re, going to hear me talk about a thousand different hiring techniques, but for usyou know you want to try to create your own I’m, going to tell you about a lot of different ones that we consider. We want you to be able to staff and get the right people on on the boat. So the first thing is that this is what I left off with you need to know your position. You need to know what it is that you’re getting ready to hire for you need to know what the salary is going to be. What are going to be two duties if you’re replacing this position, is there anything that you want to change in this position that you didn’t earlier or that you haven’t made? You just haven’t put it on paper, because, when you bring in in a player-and you try to bring someone in the last thing that you want to have happen is for everything to change once they getin the position. So the way that you do, that is you need to for handhold a recruiting meeting with the staff with the people that hold that position now with the manager of that position and find out hey, listen! Is there anything that needs to change in this position before we bring it on, so we can make sure and clearly communicate, because where there’s no vision, the people will perish, and in this case where there is no vision, you’re a player’s believe that’s just what happens, and so you want to be able to create a good clear. Vision have clarity of the vision that you present to your employeesand i. Believe that this will change your the way that you go about being able to hire when you just begin to know what you’re hiring for and be able to clearly communicate it and make sure that everything’s lined out you’re going to want to know what are the hours, how often they can have to work overtime in this position, we’re recruiting for you have to be able to work some overtime. But what does that look like and what, and how does that? Has that happen? That’s a part of it. You know you were going to need to know what your salary ranges you need to know. What do you want to start out with for someone brand new if you’re going to try to hire the attitude or higher the person and train the school? And then what are you willing to go up to in in a recruiting salary? Forfor the you know for that position and as if your recruiting agency, you better know how many people this person needs to have under them until they are actually paying for their salary or else any recruiter, you add, will be losing you money, not making you money and that that can change. I can change a lot of your happiness when you start filing for taxes at the end of the year for the business owner. The next thing as soon as you know, these things post this person internally and post it extreme post the Position-i’m, sorry internally and externally, but with your internal employees, presented the idea mainly of we want this type of personality. Think about what it is that you want think about questions that you want to ask for this person we’re recruiting for a recruiter right now and I told the story just a minute ago, but I called one of my sales pitchwell yesterday and I said hey. Staffing Tulsa What are you doing? Cuz we’re talking about a new company that we have a meeting with today about, and she said so well I’m trying to find the best. The best questions I can ask for a recruiter because we’re getting ready to bring someone on our team. Listen. Our team has been preparing for this interview for 3 weeks now. We’ve been talking about. We’ve had 3 meetings about what we want in this new position, because we always want to get better. We don’t ever want to not get better so we’re talking about what are some things that we need to do better in this position and we’re involving our entire recruiting staff team and so we’re slowly refining. Staffing Tulsa Every time we add somebody new to our team or refining that role making a system for it, creating the job description for it, so that whenever we bring somebody on our staff there there is zeroprizes, so no surprises and that’s one of the ways that you retain your a players:you’ll weed out being sea level players by doing this and you’ll keep in retainer a players and that’s what top companies? We give him $500 gift cards for the right people, and this makes a big difference on people’s excitement level on whether or not they recruit someone over to us and so social media is such an unbelievably powerful tool and it is become the new recruiting tool for companies, and some companies haven’t figured this out yet, but this this is something that we do regularly get people motivation to want to help you it’s it’s really important boost post, do whatever it is that you need to do it’s much much cheaper than placing a $500 newspaper ad and so you’re going to want to create this type of person when you, when you try to find the right person for your skills for your team culture so important, and it’s just going to make a big difference.
