That’s why I shoot these videos i, try to teach people how to do how to find top talent. We call him a player’s i, think the rest of america’s kind of adopted that terminology as a players, but that’s what that’s what I’m going to refer to top talent, as is a players, and so you know I’m always trying to discuss with people how to find a player’s. Every company has to create a system, and so I continue to bring different ideas to this process. I think that it is one of the most important things that companies do is being very selective about who theyring on their team and who they hold on their team. You know in a lot of different scenarios. For the last several weeks, Staffing Tulsa I’ve talked about our system for hiring a players. We do this for large call, centers, large hospitals, large organizations, they’re bringing in a lot of people. So, all of a sudden, we got this huge opportunity, but it’s because of this system that I’m telling you about. That is why they’re calling us, because they’ve heard from other people how much it’s saved the money so I want to give you a different scenario for funny. Sorry leon, but so, if you don’t know what you’re looking for most likely you’re not going to find it, this is what this means. You need to have a clear vision of what you want, not just for you and your team. You need to have a clear vision of what you want that you can present to the employee as well, that it is critically as important for your team to know. Then it is the potential employee, unless you have a well-written out document of what it is that you need I’m in this position, but also especially in middle and large size companies. You need to get your team in a meeting to where you decide congruently together that this is what we need and if there’s any adjustments to be made in the job description you make it listen. We get job descriptions from companies all the time back. We got to yesterday and you know the first thing that they told us listen, there’s a lot of things that are outdated on this. This was written like 8 years ago, so you need to remember this and this and that and then, as we went through it things that they didn’t point out to us, we asked about and there were other adjustment. Listen these people there’s no way that they know congruently together what it is that they want, because they were having to figure it out right there in front of us if this is 90% of america guys. This is a good, solid company. It’s just that they are going to spend a ton of money trying to figure out what it is they want, because they don’t have a clear vision. They don’t share that vision of what they want. Listen there’s a there’s, a guy that was I was talking to. He was such a wise man and since he’s passed away, but he told me the story a long time ago and I’m kind of chasing rabbit here. If it’s kinda interesting, he said, I asked him. I said men as a he said a long time ago. We, you know we used to share the same values as a country. You know, and he said the thing is he said if you were to his back in the fifties, he said. The neighbor would spank you themselves right there in the street and then take you to your mom and dad’s house, tell your mom and dad what you did and then your mom and dad instantaneously without even asking started spanking you themselves. You know that, and this is, why is because they share the same definition of what is right and what’s wrong, what in our country right now, we do not share the same definition of what’s right and what’s wrong, and so you can’t you can’t take a kid who’s done something wrong in your eyes, punish them now, because if you take them back to their parents, it’s very possible. Alright, let me back up to this company. Okay, they don’t share the same definition of hoot. What the right person is for this company or what the right skill set is blizzcon and because of it there is confused as we are as a country that, like weed, we don’t know so I hope that that that that analogy work, but you have to have a clear vision for you and your team of what it is that you’re wanting to do what it is that you’re wanting this person to do so. Staffing Tulsa Whenever you go to begin to clarify this to the potential employee, you are, you have a clear vision for them of what it is that they will do in this position, because you’re a players, if you do not provide a clear vision of what it is it they’re going to do, they will leave you at especially, if you tell them what you think. You know a person a tells him hey. This is what you’re going to do and then person be says. No. This is what you’re going to do. Our eight players are not going to tolerate that, just like as an employer. You should not tolerate. You know employees that don’t do the right things. So if you don’t know what you’re looking for it’s likely you’re not going to find it. This second thing is:if you don’t know how to find it, then you’re likely not to find it. You need to put effort into learning the best recruiting techniques it is vitally important. Recruiting now is not putting an ad in the paper. I am telling you it’s not placing an ad on.
