Hi, my name is corey menser with trinity employment, specialist trinity. We are staffing organization and we work in both the tulsa and oklahoma city markets and we’ve been doing this for the last 11 years. We won many awards and done a lot of things, but we created a system for hiring a players and I’ve always talked about this in our videos, because you know part of getting an a player is being able to terminate quickly, and so, if anybody’s watch any of our videos they’ve seen this and we talkin about it quite a bit, and that is you get what you tolerate so do not tolerate being sea level players and then, when you recognize that someone is a b minus or a c player, terminate quickly move on. Basically, what you do is terminate your way to an a playeri want to talk real quickly about hiring and then developing a player’s I think it’s something that is. It would help a lot of people men and we eat. We work with a lot of different office managers and I’m telling you man, a lot of them could use just some simple adjustments. The first thing is, is identify very very quickly, because good leaders can make be players and a players in that needs to be the goal. Now part of that needs to be to spend more time with as a leader with the the potentials. It’s really really important. You got to spend time in sync your yourself into them. Listen I had I’ve had mentors my entire life in business. There is no chance, I would be where I’m at today had they not been willing to invest in me, and it is the same with it is the same with employee man, if your, if you are expecting to just get an a player and just let them ride, man i, don’t think. Last night, I got a text from my a player, invite my phone’s over there I’d read it exactly to you, but it said it said. Listen, thank you so very much for investing in me as much and as often as you did change. My life reason is because it changed her income bracket about at least three or four different brackets. That’s probably part of it, but good. The thing was, man is I spent time with her all the time. I spent time with her regularly training her my process training her the trinity way, not allowing our culture to slip. Staffing Tulsa She was the right person, but it would not have happened, had I not been willing to spend so much time with her everyday answer, her questions when she needed them and be there for go way far and above for her not this. Here’s another thing with that 8:40 that happened, she’s bought a brand new car that she had is a goal that I knew. That was our goal and I worked in our company to provide a pathway. Listen if she left us, it would literally shot me because of how much I’ve invested i. Think it’s like that. They talk about in proverbs, on sharing wisdom, and when you do this listen you won’t have to worry and you’ll have competent leaders in your company and even though, at the time, it’s a big pain in the butt to spend all that much time. It is incredibly effective long-term when you invest yourself into people. I’ve gone really long on this particular topic. In fact, I’ve got two more that I had that I didn’t discuss, but I’m going to stay within my time constraints here, but these things are critically important.
