You know it’s fun, we laugh and we work really hard and I don’t have to be in the office for a lot of work to be cranked out when I’m in the office, people don’t stop working, I mean there’s still cranking and so you’ve got to find that right, cultural fit, and so this is what we do in our company. I, don’t even meet with them until the team goes through and decides you know, I pick the people I want to meet with and I see the resume, but I want them to go through it and they are going to they’re going to weed it out big time and no find all sorts of things because they are trying to protect their culture. Having that type of vision in creating that vision for your employees really important. The next thing is to chase passive candidates. I think this is the most important part of our hiring process at trinity. Very seldom do we ever hire anyone, that’s not a passive candidate. It just doesn’t happen very often I’m. Not that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t happen, and it doesn’t mean that if you know all unemployed, people are bad. That’s not what I’m saying at all I’m just saying that most of your best top-notch workers are currently employed. No one would ever ever release them. If, if they had an opportunity, there’s no way they would Staffing Tulsa keep them at all costs, and so to do to go after passive candidates. You got to reach out to them. They’re not searching job boards, they’re, not trying to look for job opportunities online. You got to go chase him and it takes a lot of extra time while our recruiting process that we do at trinity. We don’t just do this for ourselves.
We do this for all of our customers.
