So while you’re not working on your job search these systems are going to be working for you and sending you information that might be you know or jobs that might be of interest to you. So it’s a great great tool to get these systems working not just working but working effectively and efficiently. I think that’s the best thing. So once you get these things going you need to begin to clean up your social media. This is why if you think this someone is not going to go and check you out on social media they are an idiot if they don’t.

Is Your Social Media communicating what you want it to communicate. There are some of you you need to make some drastic changes. There are some of you that might need to make a couple changes there so you don’t need to make any changes at all. But the idea is is when they look at you on social media. Do they present their ideas well if they’re going to be talking about philosophy and that sort of thing. You can tell a whole lot about it so make sure you get any kind of curse words out of there. If you have some real controversial things that you’ve went after. I just don’t know that serves you well for your job because you never know you know the wonderful thing about our nation the wonderful thing not a bad thing the wonderful thing is we get to have all sorts of different opinions. The bad thing about what’s happening is in our nation right now is even though that might have been your opinion and you were strong about it a long time ago. I think that that was a lot more accepted. Well they just didn’t just have a different opinion than I do you know any more. There are some people that if you do not agree with their philosophy in their politics like they think that they don’t like you. That is. I do not condone that. That’s I think that is that is one of the biggest problems of our country right now. We. We are a great country because we we should celebrate the fact that we see things a little bit differently and we should learn from one another not hate one another for just seeing the world through different lenses. Be careful with it. You know there will be some people that will make decisions. I’ve had this. I had this happen one time when I was discussing something with an office manager at a huge place that I wanted to staff for. And she really really liked me. And it was right in the middle of the Trump thing and she was like she just asked me right then and there. So who are you voting for. And I said Well I’m a I’m a Republican. And so I’ll I’ll likely vote for Trump in this. And immediately she shut me out. Like her and our demeanor changed.
And to this day we’re talking about somebody who is like really really welcoming all of a sudden like she won’t even talk to me. OK. That’s all that was said. She asked me. I was honest with her. It didn’t go any past that but because I said that I was a Republican I was going to vote for the Republican candidate was on the ticket that.

In April and in thinking back at it now as a sales person you know I’m really really rethinking. Like you get a handle that kind of stuff you forget. Now I’m just trying to pass that on to you. So. So so then you have to become an expert at telling people what it is that you want to do you develop a 30 second commercial. You tell them what it is that you’re really great at your heart skills you to tell them your education. If that applies and then what are your soft skills meaning what makes you really great at the at the position that you’re in or the position that you want to be in.

And so a key word for you one line is 30 second commercial. Go on there and read how people have created 30 second commercials. I’ll tell you this I have made more money. Just because I learned how to communicate it well make sure that you know how to communicate what it is that you do really really well. And you gotta remember that without initiative generally nothing’s going to happen for you. It’s just it’s just not going to it’s going to frustrate you. It’s going to stink. But without without your initiative going out there and being persistent likely nothing’s going to happen for you. One of the things that the last thing that I want to go through here is I want to be able to talk to you about. A players. Who are they. What do they do. What are their behavior patterns behavioral patterns based on what. These these are written specifically for what are characteristics of a players that I want you to ask yourself this in your job search right now your job is to be an egg. Being a player at a job search that’s your job right now is to go get a job. So are you being a player in your job search. Two really great question to ask yourself. But let’s define in a player just real quick for you. And here’s some characteristics of a players so they have a desire to compete. Staffing Agency Tulsa Eight players skip excuses. They put themselves on the line and take responsibility for their performance. Right now your job search. Is that what you’re doing. Because it’s very easy to. No one’s pushing you right now you likely don’t have a boss other than if you have a spouse it’s like upset at you for not doing anything but you should ask yourself and be transparent with yourself if you’re being a player if you are if you have a desire to compete because they’re going to be somebody else wanting to compete. And the one that really brings their game that’s the team that wins every time. You’ve seen lesser teams be better teams.
