So I’ll try it. I’m trying to cover both sides. You know if you are an employee well these things.
Generally equal in a player there are traits of a player. You know if you’re an employer you want to become a player or at least we would hope that you do. Unfortunately there’s a majority of Americans that just don’t care. But. When when you do care. Employers want to be around you.
And they want to compensate you and they want to see you succeed. They want to invest in you. You know I was thinking the other day about.

People who I wanted or sought after for a mentor could see this immediately.
And it it discourage them from ever being willing to spend any of their time with me. It’s hard for them to want to invest especially people that value their time.
They want to spend time with people they know and get some more with. And so.
Most great managers are going to spend most of their time if they’re wise with their players that’s who they are and spend time with that’s who they’re going to invest in that’s who they’re going to try to make everything go right in their life.

They’re going to be vulnerable. The other day I was talking to our business development person. And this is our I’m going to fix it. You know it wasn’t a fault of her own. It was something personal that kept her from it but she didn’t hide it. She didn’t tell me stories.
