Basically, we did everything we could to encourage one of our medical groups to fire an employee that is just. We should have let go of them a long time ago in there, so i, don’t know what they’re holding onto and we know the struggle that it’s creating for them and it’s we feel like it’s on our watch, but this is happened over and over and over again, I cannot begin to imagine how many times I’ve all that big one of our managers and here’s the here’s. Please let us take a break and find someone else that would be a better fit for you and a lot of times. They just don’t do that, and so they live in misery and it and I feel sorry for not only the manager but also employee employees in the wrong place and they they’re just holding on to the job. So everyone is in this cesspool of history and we hate to watch it happen with our customers, because when you turn it quickly, especially when you’re using a staffing service, we just on sheer volume of people that were interviewing, we can kick people out other options to you quickly and likely have that void filled rather quickly and if you’ll commit to terminating quick using a staffing service. You’ll quickly get an a player in there and you can all but guarantee yourself in a player. If you, if you do not tolerate people that are just not a good fit, when you know it, you’ll get what you tolerate. I promise you so enough about hire slow fire quickly. I think you get. The point next thing is is beware of too much experience in the medical field, one of the things that we have noticed, with the exception of you, know some of the physicians and that sort of thing. Of course you want experience as a physician and even some of the rn’s that are assisting the positions with high-level stuff. Actually even harvard put out of study not long ago where they were talking about the unbelievable value of hiring someone who is teachable and moldable, and somebody who’s willing to go and learn more.
