We are staffing company, we specialize in the medical field, we staff a lot from medical billing to it’s one of its one of our key components, but we in in our little resume we staff everything from front office person. Hiring someone is not is not a simple process, something you got to put a lot of thought into and I think just talking about some of the ways that trinity uses to hire and we people out I think it’s helpfulthe first thing is:is you want to make sure that you hire outside of the box? I believe, don’t be afraid to look outside the box? Some of some of the best employees we recruited I have been outside of the box. People and this, and in fact, when I present it to an office manager, this is generally the way that I present it I start out. By saying and I use my reputation, I say:listen, I’m, going to send you someone and it is. You are going to want to slap me when you see the resume, because it is going to make no sense to you why in the world, I would ever sent this person to you. So please stop the urge of wanting to slap me before you. Do that and give me a call and I’d love to explain why we’re sending this person over, and so we use our intuition, medical jobs Tulsa and these have been some of the best tires for staff. What at the end of it, you know I started asking us like, so how many hours did he did he have underneath them and meaning in in in the staffing world.
That’s a very important number everyone’s going to know how many hours they had underneath them and she was unable to tell me i-was like well how many hours did you guys have each week, and she said she had no idea and at the end of the thing, I got her start asking what? What kind of you know where you were is supervised? What kind of relationship you have in at the end of it, I finally got out that she was his wife? Now he uses hers is his direct supervisor. He use a another last name for her. He used her maiden name for last name and I mean this is someone who really did a good number I mean hook line & sinker. We had it until this point, so I was so grateful that I medical jobs Tulsa spent the time going through references and I will tell you on going through the references. He said that he was working for me is what’s his story, that he went with soap, I’m telling you you have some people that are really really great liars and you have to be careful.
