Hello and welcome back to the A-player matchmakers where we’re always trying to look for ways to add value to job seekers and employers. And the title of this podcast is a little bit different. It said it’s, can you teach fish to climb trees or explain that here a little bit later with the top Medical Jobs Tulsa.

But this particular podcast is going to be talking about helping people who are in the workforce try to learn what their particular design is. Meaning what is it that they are really truly good at? What is it that is that are activities that you do during your day that are positive things and what are things that are negative things. And when you, when we begin to understand our particular design, it will help us to make good decisions career-wise and it will help us to be able to begin to operate doing activities that we truly enjoy and are um, apparels. For us. It’s a, it’s a good thing with the best Medical Jobs Tulsa.

It makes us feel good. So this is going to be a unique um, podcast. So it’s for people that might be trying to figure out why am I not enjoying my job as much or is there something else that I could be doing that would be so much better? And that’s really what I’m wanting to address with this. And so I’m going to go ahead and start out with the quote that that has led to the title, which is probably got you scratching your head with all the top Medical Jobs Tulsa.

What in the world is he talking about? The quote is by Albert Einstein. The quote is, is that everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its entire life believing that it’s stupid. And so this is addressing people who are really, might not be in the right position or they’re in the right position, but they are allowing themselves to do a lot of activities that are not the right activity.

So, Oh, in that instance, if I’m talking to the employee that is for maybe you’re in the wrong job, but if I’m talking to a leader, a leader that has the ability to delegate things off of their to do list that are negative items for them to do on their calendar, then this is either for a manager or for employees managers to begin to see what to delegate and employees is, are you in the right position? So I’m going to start with a couple of statistics that is, uh, that is somewhat interesting.

When surveyed, 76% of who say they don’t feel valued at work said they’re actively seeking other opportunities. 30% of employees would consider quitting if they were unhappy at work. And 79% of employees said their bosses really didn’t care about their happiness level. 92% of employees said they would be more likely to stay at their job if their bosses showed them a little bit more empathy in a strong learning culture led to 30 to 50% of higher retention rates in companies. And then the last statistic is employees who feel that they get to use their strengths and abilities in their work are 15% less likely to quit their job. And that’s the statistic that really caught my attention for this particular topic. I’m going to be doing this presentation at a chamber of commerce here pretty shortly, but in following up the quote by Albert Einstein, everybody’s a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its entire life believing that it’s stupid with the best Medical Jobs Tulsa today!

I also want to try to humanize that a little bit. Let’s try to compare, um, Tom Brady to Elan Musk. Okay. Um, what if Tom Brady with all of the Superbowl rings, spent his entire, all of his time trying to be the next tech giant or inventor orF or founder here or here at Tom Brady’s statistics. He has 14 pro bowls, three, he’s a three without Medical Jobs Tulsa.

Tom AllPro, six times super bowl championship ring winner. He’s six, four, 225 pounds. His net worth is 580 million. Interesting, right? Well, here’s the Elon Musk. What if Elon Musk spent all of his time trying to be the next NFL star here? Our ELAM must astute statistics. He’s the founding mender member of PayPal. He’s a founding member of solar city. He’s the CEO of Tesla. He’s six foot two 186 pounds, and his net worth is 20 point $2 billion.

My point that I’m wanting you to consider is, is the YWAM Musk is not an athlete. He’s talked about it in some articles that he’s done. He’s just not one of those guys, and Tom Brady, he’s not one of those tech giant guys, but if they, if Tom Brady spent all of his time trying to be a tech giant, he could spend all of his time preparing, trying to be great at it, reading, training, whatever it is in the likelihood of him becoming okay or pretty good is pretty high, but he would only reach a level of okay or just pretty good at it.
