So I’m going to start with a couple of statistics that is, uh, that is somewhat interesting.

When surveyed, 76% of who say they don’t feel valued at work said they’re actively seeking other opportunities. 30% of employees would consider quitting if they were unhappy at work. And 79% of employees said their bosses really didn’t care about their happiness level. 92% of employees said they would be more likely to stay at their job if their bosses showed them a little bit more empathy in a strong learning culture led to 30 to 50% of higher retention rates in companies. He’s just not one of those guys, and Tom Brady, he’s not one of those tech giant guys, but if they, if Tom Brady spent all of his time trying to be a tech giant, he could spend all of his time preparing, trying to be great at it, reading, training, whatever it is in the likelihood of him becoming okay or pretty good is pretty high, but he would only reach a level of okay or just pretty good at it.
