Yellows are not necessarily bad. Their abilities that you have that you are capable of doing, but they don’t energize you. It’s not bad or it’s not good. Reds are abilities that you can use but they drain you. These are items that you tend to want to procrastinate when you’re using your red abilities. Now. So the idea is there are more people then, I hate to tell you, but there are more people operating in too many yellows and reds in their careers and why they’re struggling. I want you to know there are some things in my schedule that I cannot delegate. I have to go do them. I have a meeting that’s twice a week. It’s one hour or it’s two hours of every week, one hour each day, and I have to go to this. It’s very important. It’s where we set our goals.
